Terms of Service

By signing up for Xtreme HD IPTV, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the service.

The Service

We provide:

  • Access to live TV channels, films and series via internet streaming (IPTV)
  • Login credentials to access the service on your devices
  • Customer support during business hours

We do not guarantee:

  • Uninterrupted service — outages happen (maintenance, technical issues, etc)
  • Every channel will be available 24/7 — channel availability changes
  • Service will work on every device or internet connection

Your Account

You’re responsible for:

  • Keeping your login details secure
  • Not sharing your login with anyone outside your household
  • Using the service on the number of devices you’ve paid for (one connection = one stream at a time)
  • Any activity that happens under your account

We’ll suspend or terminate your account if:

  • You share your login publicly (forums, social media, resale, etc)
  • You exceed your connection limit repeatedly
  • You use the service for illegal purposes
  • You abuse our support team

Payment and Billing

  • Plans are billed in advance (monthly or yearly, depending on what you chose)
  • Prices are in pounds (GBP) and include VAT
  • Payments are processed by our payment provider (Stripe or PayPal)
  • We don’t store your card details
  • Subscriptions auto-renew unless you cancel
  • Refunds are covered by our refund policy

Cancellation

You can cancel any time:

  • No notice period
  • No exit fee
  • Your subscription runs until the date you’ve paid up to, then stops

We can cancel your account if you break these terms. You’ll get a refund for any unused time (at our discretion).


Content and Copyright

The channels, films and series available through our service are provided by third-party content sources. We:

  • Do not own the content
  • Are not responsible for copyright infringement by those sources
  • Make no claims about licensing or legality of specific content

You use the service at your own risk. If you’re concerned about the legality of any content, don’t watch it.


Fair Use

Our service is for personal household use only. You may not:

  • Resell subscriptions or login credentials
  • Use the service in a commercial setting (pub, café, etc) without a commercial licence
  • Stream to an audience (public viewing, etc)
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, copy or redistribute our software or streams

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • We’re not liable for any loss or damage caused by using (or not being able to use) the service
  • We’re not liable for content provided by third parties
  • Our total liability is limited to the amount you’ve paid in the last 12 months

This doesn’t affect your statutory rights under UK consumer law.


Changes to These Terms

We can update these terms at any time. If we make significant changes, we’ll email active subscribers. Continued use of the service means you accept the new terms.


Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be handled in UK courts.
